En cas de sympt\u00f4mes de glaucome, il est important d\u2019agir vite, car les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts subis par les cellules nerveuses ne peuvent pas \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9s. Le traitement vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la pression intraoculaire \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un traitement au laser, d\u2019un collyre ou, dans les cas exceptionnels, d\u2019une op\u00e9ration de l\u2019\u0153il.<\/p>\n<p>Le traitement du glaucome vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la pression intraoculaire de mani\u00e8re permanente. Malheureusement, le glaucome ne se gu\u00e9rit pas et les dommages d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents ne peuvent pas \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9s.
