To reinforce our team of 9 ophthalmologists Brussels Eye Doctors is looking for an all-round motivated medical secretary.

Brussels Eye Doctors is a thriving and ever-growing practice with a strong team of nine ophthalmologists and specialized staff to offer all our patients the best eye care.

We are located in the heart of Brussels, near Montgomery Square.

Our offer:

• You guide our patients during their visit: welcoming, registration, administrative support, payment, providing information, etc.
• You are responsible for various administrative tasks, including answering e-mails, incoming telephone calls, scheduling appointments and providing administrative support to the ophthalmologists.

What colleague are we looking for?

• You have an eye for patients and enjoy working in a team.
• You are flexible, dynamic, proactive and have an eye for detail.
• You have good communication skills and speak Dutch, French and English.
• You take responsibility and can work under pressure.
• Experience and/or a relevant diploma are assets but not a must, a good attitude and work ethic are paramount.
